How to get my order?
At Maisons du Monde, we believe that our customers should always have an enjoyable experience!
- In store pick up is available for any small item (as listed under the Decor and Gift Ideas categories on the website).
- We offer White glove delivery for any order to be delivered to an address within 70 miles of a local store.
Information about your Bank Card is recorded only in the databases of BNP Paribas and not in those of Maisons du Monde. In no way whatsoever do we receive, record or keep any of your bank details.
Our White Glove Delivery service includes the delivery to the room of your choice and requires a customer signature. For the delivery of items requiring assembly, the assembly of your order can be provided for an additional fee. Please ask for more details and rates at your local store.
To schedule the delivery, our local carrier will call you 24 to 48 hours prior to delivery to inform you about your delivery time window. If there is any specific requirement for your delivery (narrow driveway, certificate of insurance required, ferry for island locations, etc), please inform us as soon as possible.
Please make sure not to miss your delivery appointment or else you will incur additional delivery fees such as re-delivery, storage charges and/or return shipping costs
-We otherwise offer Threshold delivery for any order to be shipped beyond 70 miles of your nearest store.
What we call Threshold Delivery at Maisons du Monde is the delivery to your door or outside your home and it requires a customer signature, or that of your representative. At the time of delivery, the carrier will provide you with a receipt and a Bill of Lading. Both are your record of shipment, an agreement of delivery, plus confirmation of the condition of your item. Thoroughly inspect your cargo at the time of delivery and before you sign all receiving documents. Do not sign the Bill of Lading until you have examined each item.
How to Exchange/Return my order?
At Maisons du Monde, we want our customers to have peace of mind throughout their shopping experience.
If you’re not happy with your purchase, we will do our best to make things right, which is why we offer a comprehensive exchange or return program for the first 14 days after your order completion, subject to the terms highlighted below. (Pick up or delivery).
Returns/Exchange:
* Conditions:
Any returns/exchanges need to be within 14 days of the order receipt date, subject to the conditions below, and you need to present proof of purchase. Otherwise we will not be able to accept any items for return or exchange.
For Non Furniture products, you’ll be able to exchange or return the order if all items are returned in the original packaging and in unused and new condition. We are unable to accept any items for return or exchange without proof of purchase.
For Furniture products, Maisons du Monde will accept a return/exchange in original packaging and unused and new condition. If you do not have the original packaging, we will need to apply a 35% restocking fee. If you have requested assembly service, you are still responsible for retaining the original packaging.
We cannot accept any return or exchange on products purchased as final sale.
Please note that we do not accept returns on gift cards or items damaged through normal wear and tear.
*Return/Exchange Methods:
In store: Maisons du Monde store will accept any return and exchange of Non Furniture items picked up in store or shipped to you as long as it’s returned in original packaging and new condition. We do not accept return or exchange of furniture items in store.
Shipped orders: To return or exchange any order that was shipped, please contact our Customer Service to get a return authorization number within 14 days of delivery and organize the shipment back to our warehouse facility.
• Once received, returned items will be inspected within 3 days of receiving the merchandise into our warehouse, to ensure that they are in new condition. • Any items returned in new condition with its original packaging will incur a return shipping fee which will be deducted from the refund amount. • Any items returned in new condition but without its original packaging will incur up to 35% restocking fee and a return shipping fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount. • Damaged items during return shipment due to insufficient packaging will not be eligible for a refund. • Return shipping is the same rate as our basic shipping fee. • The original shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable. • After we have inspected the returned goods, it generally takes 7 to 10 business days for a refund to be credited back to you. • For any assistance, call our Customer Service Department Monday through Friday, 9:30 am to 6 pm Eastern time.
* Refund process:
Returns in our local store for Non Furniture items upon presentation of the original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment.
Returns shipped to our warehouse facility with an authorization number will be refunded in the original form of payment. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
For payment by credit or debit card, please allow a 3 to 7 days to your bank institution to credit the amount back to your card.
Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a store credit for the amount on the gift receipt.

We cannot accept any return or exchange on products purchased as final sale.

How to report damages on an order that was shipped to you:
We package our products to remain intact during the transit to your home, however, sometimes things can occur that are beyond our control. If in the unlikely event, your item arrives in less than perfect condition please email us at cs-wynwood@maisonsdumonde.com within 14 days of receiving the product and we will do our best to make it right.
